Base pay range $45.00/yr - $60.00/yr About The Role Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role combines design, content creation, and marketing project management to help drive brand growth and sales support. The ideal candidate brings strong graphic design, photography, and video editing skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Development Design sales collateral, product sell sheets, look books, and other marketing materials. Create and maintain presentation decks for the sales library. Develop trade show collateral, signage, and booth graphics. Support packaging projects, including artwork updates and coordination with production. Design and build marketing emails, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines. Photography, Video & Content Creation Capture and edit product photography for digital, print, and sales use. Produce and edit short-form videos for social media, product features, and brand storytelling. Develop engaging visual content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Partner with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life through compelling creative. Marketing Operations & Trade Show Support Collaborate on campaign planning and content calendars. Manage trade show preparation, including collateral, sample boxes, and product coordination. Serve as point of contact for vendor relationships (e.g., printers, production partners). Ensure timely delivery and quality control for all marketing materials. What Were Looking For 13 years of marketing, design, or creative experience (agency or in-house). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Strong eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) and social media management tools. Details Full-time, in-office position.
