Role Overview:

Were looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of Alloras financial operations and help scale the financial backbone of a rapidly growing company. Youll build and maintain the systems that keep us fiscally sound and strategically aligned from day-to-day accounting and reporting to long-term planning and forecasting.

This role is ideal for someone whos equally comfortable diving into the details (reconciling accounts, managing expenses, refining processes) and zooming out to support executive decision-making with clear financial insights. Youll collaborate cross-functionally across operations, legal, and product, and play a key role in shaping how Allora manages growth across both traditional and crypto-native assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management processes

• Partner with leadership to manage investor reporting, board materials, and performance metrics

• Collaborate with legal and operations teams on vendor contracts, payments, and compliance matters

• Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and support annual audits or external reviews

• Work with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to maintain financial health and compliance

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability within finance operations

• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, tokenomics modeling, and financial systems implementation
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus)

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A ideally in a startup, fintech, or Web3 environment

• Solid understanding of GAAP and familiarity with both fiat and crypto asset management

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience building and maintaining financial models

• Proficiency with accounting and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bitwave, NetSuite, or similar tools)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration
