Must live within 50 miles of Tar Heel, NC
CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities: - Eastern Mid Atlantic Dedicated Lane
- Reefer trailers
- Home Weekly for reset (hometime varies)
- No Touch Freight
- Night driving required
- Must work holidays
- 10 loads per week
- Load pay and mileage pay
- Must have own transportation to and from work
- Average $1200-$1600, depending on experience
CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements: - 3 months verifiable recent tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months; 1 year in the past 2 years; 1.5 yrs in the last 3 years
- Local experience will be considered -trailer must be 40' or greater
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months; or no more then 3 mv in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 12 months for any drivers with 6 months exp
- No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years; no more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No major moving violation in the past 12 months
- Safety terminations must be at least 6 months old
- DUI must be outside of 5 years
- Hair Follicle and Urine drug screen required
