Overview Seeking a Stage Manager for Blue Hour Theatre Group’s production of ‘Continuity’ by Bess Wohl. About the Play A "Play in Six Takes", Continuity is Bess Wohl's dry comedy about the role of storytelling in a world on the brink of an actual environmental crisis. In the waning daylight hours, on a film set stuck in the New Mexico desert and dressed up to be an arctic ice float, an exhausted cast & crew work against the setting sun to get the final shot of their blockbuster action movie about an eco-terrorist’s war on climate change. Schedule & Details Performed at 12th Ave Arts Studio Theatre. 9 Person Cast, 90 mins run-time. Stage manager runs the Light & Sound board. No projections, no mics. Bi-monthly production meetings begin October 2025. Rehearsals begin March 2026. Opening May 7th, 2026. Striking May 24th, 2026. Responsibilities Run the Light & Sound board during performances. Support production needs as defined by the stage management team. Requirements 2 - 3 years experience preferred. Must be local to Seattle. No exceptions.
