Are you a natural leader with a background in football, soccer, or baseball? Do you love working with people and helping kids grow through sports? i9 Sports is looking for an energetic, organized, and community-minded
Sports Coordinator to oversee our
flag football, soccer, and T-Ball programs.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering a positive, well-run youth sports experience for families.

What Youll Do
- Lead and support volunteer coaches to ensure practices and games are fun, safe, and skill-focused
- Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches
- Oversee all aspects of game-day operations from set-up to smooth execution
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive competition
- Serve as the sport specific on-site leader who can adapt, solve problems, and create a great experience for every family
What You Bring
- Background in football, soccer, and/or baseball
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor others
- Confidence to take charge and make decisions when needed
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and some evenings during our ~7-week seasons
