This contract position offers: Flex 36 hours (Tues and Thurs 6:15am -8pm EST) or (MWF 6:15am - 8pm EST) Outpatient Setting Opportunity to Care for our Active Duty, Retiree's and their families 11 paid federal holidays (no Sundays or on-call responsibilities) Essential Functions : Evaluating patients by conducting physical examinations or interviews. Reviewing medical history and determining symptoms and severity. Monitoring vital signs. Initiating emergency treatment if necessary. Sorting patients into priority groups. Communicating patient status to doctors and nurses. Providing education to patients and families. Transporting patients to appropriate treatment areas. Job Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Shall have completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School. 2+ years of RN experience preferred within last 5 years, Ability to communicate effectively with injured workers employer and treating physician's office Have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and automated records.
