Radiology Technologist – FLEX ($5,000 Sign‑On) at GoHealth Urgent Care Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience) Monthly Bonus: Up to $600/month Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (full‑time) PTO: 25 days in first year Location Greater NYC – multiple urgent care sites Position Summary The Flex Radiologic Technologist (RT) performs x‑ray services across several urgent care sites, traveling as patient care needs arise. The RT works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants, applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnosis and treatment, analyzing x‑ray results, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient center operations. Key Responsibilities Perform x‑ray services for patients of all ages under clinical direction of the Medical Provider. Position patients correctly and protect them during x‑ray procedures. Travel between multiple sites to provide x‑ray services. Push patient in a wheelchair when necessary. Document daily controls and calibrate equipment; maintain quality assurance logs; troubleshoot equipment; submit repair tickets as needed. Adapt to the mobile nature of the role, responding flexibly to patient and organizational needs. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Medical office management systems and procedures preferred. Excellent time‑management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize work. Social perceptiveness and service orientation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred. Education & Certifications High School Diploma (required) Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required) Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required. Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required. Valid State Driver’s License.
