Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Associate with a strong background in Food Science to join our quality team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine quality checks and inspections across production lines.
Maintain and improve food safety and quality systems.
Support audits, corrective actions, and documentation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
2–5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing/processing.
HACCP Certified
HARPC trained or certified
SQF Practitioner certification
PCQI certification
GMP certification
Conversational Spanish proficiency (3/5)
