We are looking to add a new trainer in Rochester, NY. This profession is demanding and challenging. We need someone highly driven to establish professional relationships and succeed. Minimum job requirements: Reside in or near Rochester Able to board at least 2 dogs at your residence for 14 days Reliable transportation Smartphone Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) Complete a 17-day certification in Northern Virginia at the OLK9 Training Facility Day-to-day responsibilities: Handle and train dogs of all sizes, from puppies to adults Work with dogs needing behavior modification (anxiety, aggression) Interact professionally with the public Travel to appointments in Rochester Engage in ongoing education and skill development in dog and human training Attend PR events Be self-motivated The ideal candidate: Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and a passion for dogs. Skills in creating dog training videos and working during peak hours are essential. Customer service and communication skills are crucial.
