Production Associate Opportunity

Staffmark is seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team in Waynesboro, PA. In this role, you will assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step.

Shifts and Pay: $16.00/hr - Monday-Friday + either Saturday or Sunday $18.00/hr - Sunday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (6-day peak schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, bind, and/or package materials and products by hand.
• Perform basic quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets following instructions.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a specific field.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information.
• Regularly required to remain stationary.
• Frequently operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
• Move around the facility as needed.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds.
