Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for manufacturing products according to established protocols and performing operations that support the group, department, and company objectives. This role involves operating various processing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with safety and production procedures. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate processing equipment, including:
• COP (Clean Out of Place)
• CIP (Clean In Place)
• Kaps All Torquer
• Label Line
• Perform production operations as per protocols.
• Conduct routine and monthly phenolic cleaning of rooms.
• Handle waste disposal and manual cleaning of small parts.
• Pull bottles from inventory and manage bottle pass-through to Class 100 clean room.
• Perform hand torque and torque testing.
• Apply pinch clamps and package bags/bottles.
• Operate CIP Bag Fill Line.
• Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment.
• Execute batch records in SAP (eBR).
• Ensure all applicable logbooks are filled out accurately as per procedures.
• Follow safety and production procedures at all times.
• Properly use, clean, and store personal protective gear.
• Label all in-process equipment and containers appropriately.
• Take corrective actions for any unsafe conditions.
• Participate in required safety and quality training.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping in all manufacturing areas.

Required Skills:

• SAP experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (especially on assembly lines)
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience setting up and testing packaging and lab equipment
• Ability to clean materials, parts, and maintain equipment
• Pallet jack operation experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Punctuality and strong work ethic
