Pain Management Physician - Part-Time | Fitchburg, MA In-office role | 2 days per week (16 hours)
$150,000-$250,000 base + productivity bonus | Retention bonus available
Our client, a growing pain management practice, is seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to join their Fitchburg clinic on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaborative, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary setting-with no call responsibilities and a sustainable workload.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct patient consultations and perform 25-30 interventional procedures per day
- Utilize pharmacologic and interventional treatments to create individualized care plans
- Procedures may include:
- Trigger Point Injections
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Selective Nerve Root Blocks
- Sacroiliac Joint Injections
- Radiofrequency Ablations
- Joint and Bursal Injections
- Spinal Cord Stimulation
- Botox Injections
- Sympathetic and Peripheral Nerve Blocks
- Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy
Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology, plus ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine
- Board certification in Pain Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration
- BLS/ACLS certification
