Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract role in Farmington, ME . If you're an LPN based in the area and looking to make a direct impact while staying close to home, this is a great opportunity to do just that.
Position Overview:As an LPN, you’ll assist in the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in a collaborative healthcare setting. You’ll support day-to-day care, provide medications and treatments, and serve as a reliable part of a patient-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and carry out prescribed treatments
Assist with ADLs and ensure patient comfort and safety
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Active Maine LPN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
Must reside locally or within reasonable commuting distance
