Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing is looking to add a HVAC Field Service Manager to our family. We're one of the fastest growing companies in the area and provide

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage, develop, and monitor other technicians
  • Drive the overall company success in Residential HVAC
  • Drive top performance with advanced knowledge of every aspect of HVAC maintenance, repairs, and IAQ
  • Maintain existing client relationships by giving remarkable service with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be kind and encouraging by educating residential clients and technicians on plumbing projects, while creating processes and training opportunities for technicians
  • Design HVAC projects for optimal comfort and efficiency
  • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with Bradbury Brothers quality and safety standards
  • Update job knowledge by being a lifelong student and participating in educational opportunities, and training newer plumbers
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends
Qualifications and

Working Conditions:
  • Sales, team, and process management experience in residential HVAC
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
  • Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
  • Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently

Experience:
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Residential HVAC: 4 years (Required)
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
