Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Sugar House . Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, shifts are 3pm-11pm. No experience required, but higher pay for FOSSE knowledge/experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Performance Expectations

• Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
• Ensures the safety and security of our guests and associates
