Endocrinologist Outpatient Practice in the Beautiful Hudson Valley

Location: Hudson Valley Region, Upstate New York

Setting: Outpatient Clinic | Hospital-Employed

The Opportunity:

A progressive, mission-driven community hospital in Upstate New Yorks scenic Hudson Valley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join its outpatient specialty clinic. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis
• Perform comprehensive consultations and follow-ups in a 100% outpatient setting
• Manage insulin pumps, CGMs, and other endocrine-related technologies
• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to coordinate care
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes
• Participate in quality initiatives and community outreach programs
• Minimal (if any) call primarily outpatient-focused
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and care coordination

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Eligible for NY medical license and hospital credentialing
• Passion for working in rural or underserved communities
• Interest in telehealth a plus
