Salary: $28-$30/hour, depending on experience.

Do you love taking great ideas and turning them into memorable experiences? At Ivy Computer, were looking for a Community & Employee Engagement Coordinator who can collaborate with our team to brainstorm activities and then bring them to life with creativity, organization, and follow-through.

You will be creating timelines, driving deadlines, and coordinating resources to make sure plans become reality. However, this role is about more than just logistics. You will also help shape our workplace culture by making sure events, activities, volunteer opportunities, and recognition programs dont just get planned, but get executed in a way that employees truly enjoy. Youll work closely with HR, leadership, and employees across the company, taking ownership of the details that bring our shared vision to the finish line. What Were Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys collaboration but also thrives on independent, self-directed work
• Someone who wants to build positive and professional relationships with employees, external partners, and individuals and organizations within our local community

• A highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable juggling multiple projects
• A creative thinker who can solve problems and keep things running smoothly
• Experience in HR coordination, event planning, or a related role is helpful, but not required

This role is based in our Waterbury Center, VT office primarily during standard MondayFriday business hours. The job is an in-office position that currently allows for work-from-home time on Fridays after the initial onboarding process. Special events may occasionally require minimal evening or weekend hours. Some physical activity, such as event set-up, is part of the role.

The pay range for this position is $28-$30/hour, depending on experience.
