About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be a pivotal strategic partner to the CEO, with a focus on driving financial performance, discipline, and value creation. The CFO will be responsible for all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, audit, treasury, tax, and risk management. This role demands a leader who can ensure operational rigor in a project-based environment, oversee revenue recognition, and develop best practices for project forecasting and margin tracking. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in managing the company's capital structure, banking relationships, and liquidity to support growth and acquisition strategies. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience. A minimum of 3 years as a CFO or senior financial executive in a private equity-backed, multisite, project-based services business is required.
