About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy for a diverse portfolio of high-growth ventures, with a focus on those in the healthcare and related industries. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, partnering with the executive team on M&A and strategic investments, and providing financial guidance to support the growth and capital allocation initiatives of the organization. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of overseeing operational finance and management, and ensuring strong financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of senior finance leadership experience, with a background in venture capital, private equity, M&A, or corporate development, preferably within the healthcare sector. Key qualifications include a proven track record in scaling high-growth companies, managing multi-entity organizations, and a strong understanding of healthcare markets and financial metrics. The CFO will also be expected to engage with stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support the portfolio companies in financial strategy and operational best practices. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, and the role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with a competitive compensation package.
