Job Description

Position: Program Manager/Change Management Consultant

Hours: 40 hours a week (Monday through Friday)

Location: Remote role, must be local as they will be onsite a couple of times a month for meetings

Duration of Contract: 6 month contract, will extend based on how the project timeline is going

Start Date : 12/1/2025

Job Summary:

PM/Change Management Manager

Position Overview:

  • Seeking a change management consultant/program manager to usher along/orchestrate implementation of brand overhaul & culture evolution
  • Needs to coordinate and oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams with many interdependenciesensuring timely progress and risk management, while keeping stakeholders aligned and on track to ensure enterprise-wide adoption
  • Will be working across several departments (digital, creative and communications and marketing). Will be working on projects from signage, campaigns across all socials and even employee experience throughout the project

Ideal Profile:

  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Polished, with the poise to interact with diverse (and executive-level) stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, flexible, adept at navigating & moving forward amidst shifting priorities working through the messy middle.
  • Capable of facilitating prioritization and decision-making among groups with competing priorities.
  • Healthcare-specific experience not required, looking for experience in major brand transitions.
  • Mid- to senior-level (10+ years experience), polished and seasoned
  • Looking for someone with a background of working with creative, brand experience, communications, and marketing.
  • Someone who has project management experience in a leadership role with creative branding in large campaigns

Timing:

  • Start date timing - as soon as possible, to correspond with ongoing rollout activities.
  • Full public logo and brand transition begins January 1, 2026.
  • Lights-on goal: By January 1, 2027 (deadline December 31, 2026), majority (target: 90%) of touchpoints updated to new branding.
  • Assignment to run for 6+ months to start (through Q1) with intent to extend through project period
