Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to support operations including repair, refurbishment, failure analysis, and complaint investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, rework, and upgrades of medical devices
• Troubleshoot and analyze returned devices to determine root causes
• Conduct Level 0 and 1 Product Complaint Investigations (PCI)
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality System Regulations
• Accurately document service activities using Oracle
• Support training and assist in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; A.S. in technical field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in service repair or a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems

Other Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs
• Travel may be required up to 25%
