Job Summary In this important position, you will gain critical skills as you provide support to our Director of Estimation and/or Director of Construction and play a critical role in the success of our projects; you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Responsibilities - Bid Management
- Pre-Construction
- Estimation
- Pre-Qualification
- Procurement
Qualifications - Proficiency with Word, PRO-EST, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Strong Pre-construction Experience/knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Lead by example.
- Be proactive in finding solutions.
