Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:
Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, Google Sheets, Workiva, Looker & Google Forms.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to consolidate data and automate reporting workflows.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (approx. 14 16 monthly reports) for the People Development and executive teams.
Support ad hoc data requests with timely and accurate reporting.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all data visualizations and reports.
Key Skills & Experience
3 5+ years of experience in data analytics or reporting.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, QuickSight, or Tableau.
Strong proficiency in data cleaning and manipulation using Google Sheets or SQL.
Experience automating or streamlining recurring reporting processes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables on tight timelines.
