The Department of Psychology at Lamar University invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Successful candidates will
Teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate- (e.g., general psychology, I/O psychology, introduction to statistics, research methods) and master's-level (e.g., organizational behavior, leadership, performance management, recruitment & selection),
Maintain an active program of research that (ideally) involves undergraduate and graduate students
Mentor undergraduate and graduate student research,
Serve on graduate student thesis committees and
Actively engage in service to the department, college, and university.
